How long does upholstery take to dry?

Usually a few hours with good airflow, though seat cushions take the longest because the foam inside holds moisture longer than the fabric does. We set up airflow before we leave and give you a realistic time for your specific piece. Heavier fabrics take a bit longer.

Can you get pet smells out of my sofa?

Often yes. We treat the odour at the source with a deodorising treatment rather than spraying over it. For furniture pets have used heavily, we'll set honest expectations first.

How often should I have my upholstery cleaned?
